Our Yoga classes are a time for you, a time to escape the noise of our busy lives, a time for you. Uniting yoga and mindfulness into one conscious practice connecting the body, breath and mind. We offer a Flow Class and Yin Yoga.

Flow class: 

A gentle mindful yoga class suitable for all abilities including beginners.

We will be focusing on breathing, meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, building strength, flexibility, inner peace and being present in the moment.

Yin Yoga: 

This is a beautiful passive practice where the asanas (poses) are held for longer periods of time. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body

Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditive approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. 

Yin Yoga is a wonder practice to reduce stress and anxiety. 

Yin is designed to wake you up, deepen self-inquiry and help create a friendlier and more honest relationship between your body and your mind

How to pay

Our classes are currently £5.50 per one hour session and are to be paid cash on arrival to the class.

Classes work on a pay as you go basis, no upfront payment and we accept cash only.  

What to expect?

Your instructor will be at our reception desk to greet you, answer any questions and take your class payment (cash).

We’re a friendly bunch and we welcome everyone: male, female, all abilities and all ages (above 16).

What to wear?

Comfortable clothing.
