A gentle mindful yoga class suitable for all abilities including beginners.
We will be focusing on breathing, meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, building strength, flexibility, inner peace and being present in the moment.

A time to escape the noise of our busy lives, a time for you. Uniting yoga and mindfulness into one conscious practice connecting the body, breath and mind.

Yoga classes are from age 16 and above.

How to pay

Our classes are currently £5.50 per one hour session and are to be paid cash on arrival to the class.

Classes work on a pay as you go basis, no upfront payment and we accept cash only.  Book here

What to expect?

Your instructor will be at our reception desk to greet you, answer any questions and take your class payment (cash).

We’re a friendly bunch and we welcome everyone: male, female, all abilities and all ages (above 16).

What to wear?

Comfortable clothing.
