PILATES
Pilates is a physical exercise class using controlled movements with the emphasis on alignment, breathing and developing a strong core.
The Pilates system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced level. Intensity can be increased over time as the body adapts.
Pilates classes are from age 16 and above.

How to pay
Our classes are currently £5.50 per one hour session and are to be paid cash on arrival to the class.
Pilates classes work on a pay as you go basis, no upfront payment and we accept cash only. No prior booking required.
What to expect?
Your instructor will be at our reception desk to greet you, answer any questions and take your class payment (cash).
We’re a friendly bunch and we welcome everyone: male, female, all abilities and all ages (above 16).
What to wear?
Comfortable clothing.
